The Biron Municipal Center has a 3,000 square foot assembly area and kitchen. This area is available for rent for by Village residents as well as non-residents.
A partial list of rules are:
1. No smoking or vaping on premises.
2. Must be over age 21 to rent the Municipal Center. If not, a co-signer is required.
3. No cash bar, no tip jar, no donations allowed. No selling tickets to purchase alcohol.
4. Party or event is to be over by 11:30 p.m.
5. Decorations are to be mounted with poster putty only, or use the hooks provided. No tape.
6. No confetti.
7. No helium balloons allowed.
8. No pyrotechnics allowed without a permit from the Biron Fire Department.
9. All garbage and recycling is to be placed in furnished containers.
10. Renter is responsible for hall and kitchen cleanup.
Hall Rental Application
A complete list of regulations and fees for the rental of the Municipal is available at the Municipal Center Office at 451 Kahoun Road between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday.
