Board of Appeals

Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by the Village President and confirmed by the Village Board. It consists of five citizen members with staggered three-year terms, and two alternate members with staggered two-year terms. 

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear and decide all appeals and make their recommendation to the Village Board concerning variance request and zoning regulations.

To request a variance to a zoning ordinance, call the Village Clerk at 715-423-6584.  There is a $300 non-refundable fee for this service.
