Latest Update – Week of June 22^nd, 2026

Current Work

• Segment 1 saw cutting operations and installation of temporary asphalt pedestrian pathways are underway between South Biron Drive and Badger Street.
• Additional barricades and pedestrian traffic control measures will be installed as temporary pathways are completed.
• Contractor mobilization and site preparation activities continue throughout Segment 1.

Traffic Impacts

• CTH U remains closed to through traffic between South Biron Drive and Badger Street.
• The posted detour route remains in effect.
• Motorists are encouraged to follow all posted signage and traffic control devices.

Construction Progress

• Segment 1 construction activities remain on schedule.
• Preparations are underway for the next phase of utility installation work.
